We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of our services, including any technical issues, image quality, or delivery delays. We do not offer refunds after the services have been rendered.

Under no circumstances will RED M Solutions be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability, in any event, will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the three months preceding the issue that caused your claim.

a. Binding Arbitration: Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Tampa, Florida. Any disputes related to intellectual property may be subject to litigation in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

b. Service of Process: Each party consents to service of process at their primary address.

c. Class Waiver: Disputes will be handled on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action.

d. Fees: The prevailing party in any arbitration will be entitled to recover their reasonable legal fees and expenses.

e. Confidentiality: Arbitration proceedings and outcomes will remain confidential, except where required by law.
